IAPBWB Partnerships The International Association of Professional and Business Women in Bulgaria (IAPBWB) partners and develops partnerships with a wide range of business and professional networks, organisations and other interested parties who share its goals for empowerment of women and implementation of gender sensitive policies. The IAPBWB helps and supports its members through its extensive international women's networking capacity. The Association builds partner relations in implementation of projects aimed at empowering its members - executive women in Bulgaria and abroad. In late 2002 the IAPBWB became member-network of The International Alliance for Women (TIAW) and established working contacts with a wide range of executive and business women's networks and organisations in Europe and other parts of the world. The Association is the sole Bulgarian partner of the Global Summit of Women and continues to expand its international links with professional and business women's associations and networks. In 2003 valuable working contacts were established with the Women's International Network. The IAPBWB is further building its networking contacts, aiming to increase its potential for leveraging its members' professional and business development. Regional contacts are on the rise and an idea for closer collaboration in achieving greater regional cohesion between executive and business women.s networks from South Eastern Europe may probably materialize very soon. The Association cooperates with many Bulgarian women.s organizations and structures both on governmental and non-governmental level. Radisson SAS Grand Hotel Sofia is one of our major business partners, supporting generously IAPBWB activities in Sofia. Through its partnership net the IAPBWB increases its member's information capacity - a crucial factor for success of any business or professional development path in present day globalising world.
